Estimates
We are happy to provide estimates for all treatment. All estimates provided are only approximate and the final fee could be higher or lower depending on complications during treatment and how the patient responds to the treatment. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as we have reason to believe that the costs could be significantly higher than the estimate provided.
Payment
All treatment must be paid for on the day.
0% credit is available for fees over £500 via Omni credit. This must be arranged prior to treatment, credit checks apply.
Payment is accepted by cash or debit/credit card or bank transfer. Please note that we can not accept cheques.
Insurance
Veterinary care can be expensive, so we strongly advise that you invest in an insurance policy for your pet. In some cases with prior agreement, it is possible for the practice to submit a claim directly to the insurer. We will require pre-authorisation before this can be agreed. If you wish to pre-authorise a claim please contact us in the first instance with your insurance policy details.
Once a claim has been submitted, it is the policy holders responsibility to monitor the claims progress.
