Repeat Prescriptions

You can request a repeat prescription by completing the form below. Please enter the information carefully as any errors could cause a delay.

We will respond within 48hrs and you will receive a phone call when the prescription is ready for collection.

For parasite treatments a vet must have seen your pet within the last 12 months. As a general rule a vet will need to see your pet at least every 6 months for a medication check to continue dispensing most other treatments.
